A loaf of bread and a pack of Bologna

April 10, 2016

A story that Johnny told just stuck with me, when growing up, his mother always cooked three hot meals a day, with biscuits and such, when he had a chance and money, he would go to the store and it was a big treat for him to buy a loaf of bread and a pack of Bologna, wow, the simple things in life mean the world to some.

Johnny was one of a kind, you could search the whole world over and never find another Johnny. He was a wonderful, soft spoken man with nothing but good to say about anybody or anything. His smile was infectious and anyone could tell that he had a great love for GOD, his family and life in general. I count it all joy to have known him for 15 short years and having shared a little precious gift for 8 years, Jared. It was a honor to sing, " Amazing Grace," to celebrate him home. May he rest in peace and wait on the other side for the rest of us to join him. HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN HEAVEN.

In loving memory,

Bill and Connie Waldron
